With a background spanning architecture, interior design, and over 20 years of construction management experience, we bring a comprehensive perspective that bridges design intent, technical execution, and cost control. We work seamlessly along side architects, designers, consultants, and contractors ensuring the project stays aligned with the owner’s priorities at every stage.

Advisory (Pre-Planning)

Attend team and design team meetings.

Review early design concepts against budget expectations.

Provide cost benchmarking and scope alignment guidance.

Advise on overall project strategy and phasing.

Serve as primary liaison / advocate between the owner & design team (all phases).

Pre-Construction Oversight (Design Phase)

Monitor design development in relation to budget and the owner’s desired intent.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, & consultants to ensure project goals are met.

Provide value engineering recommendations.

Support bid strategy and contractor selection process.

Construction Phase Representation

Weekly site visits and progress reporting.

Monitor construction budget and manage financial reporting.

Review contractor payment applications for accuracy.

Evaluate and negotiate change orders.

Monitor project schedule and construction progress.

Provide weekly reporting details and updates.
